Main Purpose

A Commercial Specialist focuses on the financial and commercial aspects of managing existing buildings and their services. Responsibilities include cost control, contract management, risk assessment, and financial reporting for maintenance and repair work.

Accountabilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract language, terms, and conditions to safeguard company interests. 
  • Monitor contract performance and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain and manage a contract repository, organizing and tracking all contractual documents. 
  • Prepare and review formal responses to requests for proposals and bids. 
  • Analyze contract provisions, costs, and potential legal or regulatory implications. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contractual understanding and compliance. 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
