Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator

Main Purpose

As the Commercial Specialist, you will provide support to the Senior Commercial Manager with commercial efforts to further support the Operational Management Team. You will ensure submission of monthly statements/applications for payments to clients within the specified period and ensure revenue recovery against any costs considered out with original scope of works (change order/ variations/ property damage) is maximized.

Accountabilities

•          Preparations of proposals and quotations , budget forecasting, improved purchasing cost management.

•          Procurement of subcontractors through tenders; drafting LOA and subcontract agreements.

•          Preparation of the  account statements for the main contract and the subcontractors.

•          Writing  commercial/contractual response letters to the clients/subcontractors .

Operational

Qualification

•          Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Commercial Management.

•          Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial related works in a Facilities Management industry, preferably with GCC experience.
