Main Purpose

Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and highlight their development opportunities to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business aims. 

Accountabilities

 

  • Develop and update job descriptions and person specifications with the hiring manager to ensure accurate information is given to candidates/agencies and the right candidates are sourced.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job sites and company career page.
  • Source and attract candidates by using agencies, CV databases, LinkedIn, Social Media channels, etc.
  • Ensures internal promotions follow due process as per company policy and procedures.
  • Proper screening of CVs and submission of the same within the required deadline.
  • Screen and shortlist qualified and suitable staff before submitting their profiles to the hiring managers.
  • Conduct an initial interview to evaluate the knowledge and experience of candidates.
  • Perform background checks for candidates as required.
  • Preparation of offer letters and documents for visa application or sponsorship change.
  • Responsible for keeping the hiring manager informed of the status of their vacancies.
  • Update recruitment trackers on time and with accurate information.
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by the Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Human Resources Manager.

Operational

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a facility management or construction industry.
